I found these two delicious prints on etsy a few weeks ago and they arrived this week in the mail. The Cuban born artist, Elsa Mora, has a shop that is filled with (well, she's currently closed for the holidays) these whimsical papercuts and prints that remind me vaguely of Alice in Wonderland. She also makes other things, including jewelry and toys. I am totally loving her art and am super inspired by all that she's created.
Her shop reopens on January 17th, but in the meantime, you can read her interesting bio listed on her profile. Or check out her blogs, one devoted entirely to papercutting, and the other to her art and life in general.
I'm already envisioning these framed on our wall in the future...
